The assignment

Events By Sara builds themed worlds — a country-club tennis tent in blush pink, a Riviera afternoon in yellow stripes — and each one exists for a single day. Our job across a summer of her productions: get the world on camera while it’s still perfect, so her next client can walk through it long after it’s gone.

Themed builds, documented like campaigns

Every production gets the same treatment: the full environment, the signature installations, and the details that carry the theme — shot before doors, edited for the feed.

The Yellow Stripe build

A full cabana environment — striped canopy, styled Vespa, banquet table running the length of the tent. Different theme, same standard: the design is the star.

Because we’ve shot her builds before, every new production starts with shorthand instead of a briefing — we know what she considers the hero moments, and she knows the content will be publishable while the event is still warm.
